I like having female friends first off because I know plenty of women with solid interests that are fun to be around. But for a multitude of reasons, I don't want to fuck them. Sometimes its a lack of attraction. Sometimes they're attractive, but I know that their baggage or behavior in relationships is a total fuckin' turnoff.
