I've got a crush on a co-worker, and I have no idea how to handle it. She seems to show feelings back to me as well, though I may be overthinking it (much more outgoing/open with me than others, randomly physical, teases me, etc.)
The issues arise for me in 3 ways. For one, I'm one of her supervisors. For two, she's 18 (turning 19 soon, while I'm 21). And for three, workplace relationships aren't banned where I work but I feel those are VERY taboo.
I'm leaving for another job within a month, so the work relationship thing isn't too much of a problem, but I mainly worried about being a creep for dating a high schooler (she was held back in middle school I guess).
What attracts me to her is her outlook on things, we're both those quiet but playful people, and we share even our most bizarre interests. The age thing bugs me, but am I overthinking it? Any advice on how I should/shouldn't handle or pursue this?
Try to keep it lowkey for a month then you good to go public. Dont start smashing it for at least 2weeks, will get needy. Do find a way to keep her interested until then, wont have much time after that (start to think uninterested)

Hang out with her after work, it's not a relationship if you don't do anything with her. Try it out and see. Age isn't that bad, it's socially acceptable

I agree, though it still feels weird. If word gets out it'll be extremely awkward.
Also, how should I approach her about hanging out? I'm 99% sure she doesn't have a cell phone, so should I just set a time/place with her and go?
