Hey /Adv/ I have a court date tomorrow for a speeding ticket for goin 70 in a 65 zone, however the location the officer put on the ticket was still technically in the 70mph zone with a reduce speedin sign just up ahead. Do I have a case?

P.S I was technically going way above 70 but the cop wrote only 70 down.
P.S.S was ticketed in California

You have no case. The cop just wants your money and doesn't want to drag your shitty ass in for a reckless driving or reckless endangerment charge which, like many things, is probably a felony in california. Just pay the ticket and don't drive like a jackass anymore.
