Going to pierce my skin massively with a catheter in a process which final goal is going to take about 8 months of piercing and healing.
What's a good antibiotic to avoid infections?
There isn't anything that's going to solve your future meth addiction, baby mama drama, and CPS taking away your kids.
>What's a good antibiotic to avoid infections?
I'd suggest a dose of Don'tStickYourselfWithAFuckingCatheter.
Well, the best antibiotic would be to not do any of that at all.
But for your safety's sake, the cheapest route is rubbing alcohol and neosporin. Betadine is also a good topical option. Beyond that I would look into surgical supply centers and tattoo supply places for products called "tincture of green soap". Hell I think you can even get it online nowadays. Another cleansing soap is Hibiclens (chlorhexidine Gluconate solution 4.0% w/v). That will kill pretty much everything.
Again, you probably shouldn't do what you are about to do, whatever it is.
Body modification forums exist, yet you are here.

ewww...rubbing alcohon directly on an open wound? wouldnt that get you crazy drunk?

No, it would just burn hard core on an open wound. Ideally you would use the rubbing alcohol first to sterilize the skin then a different and more mild solution on the open wound after the procedure is done.
Eat a lot of cheap meat. There you go.
