I'm currently off of my parents healthcare plan because I'm too old now. Where's the best place to look for new insurance? Is obamacare any good?

Literally google "obamacare" and enter your information on their .gov website. Chances are an agent will literally call you when you enter your info, which will seem shady as fuck, but it's actually legit (no fee on you for their service).
Anyway, Obamacare is good. All it does is give you an affordable health plan. The most basic worthwhile one is about $180 per month, so I recommend going for that. If you can't afford that, just be aware that you're at serious financial risk if you need medical care.
Literally what Obamacare does is makes sure there are affordable plans available. It is suboptimal because it was really a corporatist move to save the health insurance corporations, so it's less just than universal healthcare/single payer. That said, what right wingers want is for there to not be a public option (affordable plans available), which would mean health insurance companies could charge whatever they want and fuck people over with fine print details (which they already can do, but then they'd do it without oversight).
So yeah, Obamacare is better than no Obamacare, but it's still really fucked up... it's just that it's not quite as fucked up as what the Republicans want.

I clicked on compare the lowest 3 monthly payment options and I got:
$132.59 /mo -Keystone Health Plan Central, A Capital BlueCross Company
$175.09 /mo -Geisinger Health Plan
$205.89 /mo -Aetna
So you're saying the $175.09 gives me the best bang for my buck?

At the time I signed up, that was the one that made the most sense to me. But before turning down the cheaper option, I do recommend looking into what each one provides.
