Was told not to eat anything after 7am until my minor surgery (frenuloplasty) sometime this afternoon. Accidentally had a boiled egg at 11. Is it a big deal? I can't afford to have this delayed for another month. Haven't drank any water either.
Possibly, just let them know beforehand.

It's 2pm now so I figure it's okay, since a boiled egg would probably only take about 2-3 hours to digest.

Odds are you're fine. But if you're concerned enough about it you're asking other people if it's okay it's definitely at least worth a mention before your surgery.

Nice cat, anon. Is yours?

You should be fine.
The reason you're told you not to eat before surgery is because it could lead to you vomiting the contents of your stomach up and then inhaling them into your lungs.
Let your surgeon/anesthesiologist know that you've had an egg at 11 and they may take extra precautions.
