Rich parents helping you out? Medicine.
No? Engineering.

have any ...interests?
or career preferences..?
>>17494001
all interests that would be considered useless, art, music, film, literature, history, politics, etc. Thought about law but I know that's a death trap.

why are you even going to college if you dont have some plan or use for it?
for the sweet debt?
>>17493990
No one should tell you what you should major in. Only you can decide that for yourself. Take your time and take some classes in school and see what you want to do for your life. You have plenty of time of you just enrolled

Have you never been to college or what?
Not knows what they want to do right after they get into college. Finding out what they are best at or what they want to do is part of the learning process in college.

this is what I'm currently doing, but I cannot see myself in an office.

this guys got it, I go because I want to learn, It's just a matter of what may be the most practical

its fine to take your time and learn what you want to do..
but just be aware that your indecisiveness has a cost. other people will know, and they will seize opportunities before you even knew you wanted them.
im not saying you need to plan your life right now and not falter from that path. but what does it cost you to have some idea of what the best case might be? its fine to change that idea later
my sister went to duke!! i visited her so many times, you will LOVE shooters (the bar), divines (the bar) and playing beer pong with the lax bros. Ugh, good times man. I'm jealous. Have an amazing semester!!!!

Sorry OP, but you will hate shooters, divine will be mediocre, and you will literally never play a game of BP with lax bros in your life unless you yourself play LAX or you're an attractive person banging one of them.
That being said, major in engineering, pre-med, or economics, so you can be a doctor, go into finance, or go into any other technical job you want. Most other majors are a pretty sure way to be broke the rest of your life.
