OP, it doesnt look like a canker sore so anything else would be a concern. Id definitely see a dentist if it doesnt clear up in a weeks time or if it gets worse before then. How long have you had it?

Canker sores can form regardless of your oral hygiene. Some people are just prone to them.

There are pads and pastes available to cover them up while they heal.
