My coworker was extremely interested in me forever but I'm so damn awkward and shy that I never made a move ever. Eventually she made the move for me and after that it's like the flood gates opened on my confidence and self esteem. I've never been more happy then I am now.

I have to agree that porn is the most fucked up shit which exists. I'm far from a socially retarded person, actually I have no problem speaking in front of large groups of people, confident, and the only thing which is fucking me up is porn addiction, for more than 10 years now. Now I'm on a no fap/no porn and so far so good, 5 days clean, still can't see some major benefits, but I feel better about myself. Hang in there anon, you'll catch a girl sooner or later.

My friend swears by their support groups. I don't know much about their literature though. He never mentioned anything about having to buy stuff.
