Hey, my dad is demanding.
Anytime he wants he asks me to do something and expects me to get up right away and go do it. This happens all day throughout the entire day. I'm 20 and I don't pay rent but still, I can't focus on anything I'm trying to do because he comes and asks me to do some random things he wants done. He's always running around the house doing random things and complaining. He especially complains about me whether I'm sleeping, eating and making dishes, leaving a cabinet open, putting my stuff anywhere outside of my room, etc.
My mom says to just listen to him and do it right away even when I tell her I'm working on something. Maybe if I wasn't demanded or something I'd feel better.
Am I wrong for not wanting to do it? Am i wrong to be going crazy over this stuff? What can I do to make this a better situation?

Talk to him so he knows how you feel and come to an agreement.
If that doesn't work then move out and start acting like a grown-up.

I know this feel. It's really hard to get a start with a base like that. Present an ultimatum OP either he fucks off and lets you life your life(and presumably get your life going ect.) or you'll have to leave. Follow through. Yes, it sucks.
