I have G. Skill Ares series RAM 8GB 1866Mhz DDR3 kit 2x4GB.

I plan on adding one 8GB RAM chip. Will it be fine as long as it has same frequency and DDR as these 2 I already have?

Doesn't matter. Any ram will be fine as long as the clock frequency is the same or higher than what you already have. Matching RAM sticks hasn't been needed since EDO RAM became obsolete in the early 90's.
