Dating a single mom y/n?
On the one hand, I'm probably too old for kids to be a dealbreaker, and she agreed to go out with me, which is always a plus because that never happens. But what if the internet calls me a cuck?
You're signing up to raise a child that is not yours. Let that sink in. This alone should be the answer to your question.

Do not do it. The kid is always the priority (should be) and if the baby daddy still in the picture you have that drama to deal with. Again Do Not Do It

Both of those things are very real concerns for me, but at the same time, she did agree to go out with me. And I'm not exactly a catch. Or at all dateable, really.
ew. gross. no. Better alone than with a single mom.
Did you ask her out before or after you knew she had a kid? If you're this concerned about it to write up a thread, I would just cancel the date, tell her on second thought, you don't want to date a single mom. She probably gets shot down all the time

Use and dump, not every relationship has to be long term, ask her she ditched the husband
Remember to jot move in with her or start supporting her because you get sued
Is she a lifelong friend? Sure, do it.
Is she some girl you just met? No.

how could you ever trust her?
odds are pretty good shes trying to put on a show until you wife her up then divorce rape you so she can take care of her kid without having to work
