Go see a dentist right away. A lot of it can be fixed, it sounds like gingivitis , just bacteria inside your gums. They'll clean it and your gums should grow back mostly if not all.

but if you don't get it fixed your teeth will eventually fall out because you'll have no gums. Also brush and floss regularly.
