It happens to me, too, and it is jarring when you realize you are fairly attractive.

Women are much more forward these days, and pursue voraciously. However, the less desirable the woman, the more obvious, blatant, and what have you, she is; it does not devalue what is said, unless they are three sheets to the wind. Keep in mind you may just be said woman's type, or you may just be having a good day.

This actually shocks me, because i never before heard such comments about me. Now that i recall, an older professor also said that i am handsome just last year. She said this to my ex gf. I never got these comments before, just wondering why do i get them suddenly. Maybe you are right, women are changed nowerdays. Maybe the change happend just recently.
