Hey /adv/, I'm having an issue. I'm trying to stop fapping but I honestly feel like I can't. I'm stuck at doing it 3 or 4 times a week. Do any of you have a strategy to help stop fapping?

I would also like to know. I tried man but I couldn't 1 or 2 days later I started fapping again, it's not easy to stop.

I found it helps if you observe yourself, recognize when you are feeling urges, and tell yourself that you won't slip up. Distract yourself from the urges, stop looking at porn.
