I tried this and did it very wrong. Apparently you're just supposed to swipe right and left on people you find attractive/unattractive. I was actually reading descriptions and only would swipe right on like five people each hour or so I was on it.

Then when I'd get 1 or 2 responses, they would either not respond, or did what OP says happened. One or two replies and don't even try to get to know you.

Tinder is not a dating app, and if you try to approach it like a dating app, it won't work. Tinder is a hookup app, and if your approach can't be rephrased as 'lol bby wan sum fuk', you are probably doing it wrong. If you don't want to use this approach, or don't think you can pull it off, then perhaps Tinder is not the app for you.

Be a dick to them, they only use it for validation anyways.
