How do I get a normal day job when all my work experience has been one six month stint of three-shift work at a factory storage?
I can't do it anymore because I got into night school (gon b an electrician) and you can't really do both.
I'm 22, I'd like to do literally anything else for a living, but everyone keeps stressing me that There Are No Jobs, at all, ever, especially since I have no legit useful education, save for a lisence to handle foodstuffs.

Apply at different jobs. Put your hour restrictions on the application.
Have an understanding of the hours you'll be working, and make sure they have an understanding of the hours you wont be working before you accept the position.

Get a college education if you want a better job. Its a sad fact that outside of a degree, basic retail experience can only get you so far. You need aualificati9ns and that will open doors. But yes essentially in your situation id say the shotgun approach is best.
