Do you write comfortably? There are a number of not-well-paid jobs available for people who churn out 'content' for various online outlets. You have to work a lot and be able to consistently produce pretty large quantities of at least defensible if not good verbiage, but all interactions with humans can be done via e-mail.

I know a deaf guy who cannot speak who makes his living doing stuff like this. He's also, remarkably, a translator for Google, but he's multilingual if not verbal, and I'm guessing you are not a foreign language expert.
