Is therapy the biggest fucking scam ever?
Is just someone asking you the same questions over and over again but with different words.
How does talking to some person who probably doesnt have anything in common with yourself help?
I've been on 4 sessions and is just a buzzwords echo room

They help you make sense of things more. Sometimes we can't understand things and they help us find a solution. They probably won't resonate with our lives, but they help make sense of it, they're job isn't really compassion but understanding of yourself.
It worked well for me. It gave me a whole new perspective, made me realize many of my flaws and discover things about myself that helped me grow as a human being. Having someone to talk about things you'd never talk about with anyone else and dig into those areas is a valuable thing. I probably would've suicided if I didn't go.YMMV of course. These people (should be) professionals and know what they're doing, but if you honestly think it's not going to help you at all you might have to try looking elsewhere.
I think being completely self aware is a rare thing and therapists, at least good ones, will help you explore yourself
you sound like you've got them all figured out and you're just complaining, why come here

In short; yes. Most therapists are communists and will not even hide it particularly well.

The key to therapy is to stop answering the questions and just talk about whatever the fuck you like.
They are essentially a mental prosititute
