What should I spend my money on that will make me happy?
I'm 19 yo still in school have a lot of money because I worked a part time job the last 3 years but didn't use any of them

Don't buy anything that would require extra maintainance.
If you can, upgrade something you already have that needs a re-do, buy an experience, go do something new, or buy something that won't need much upkeep.
Maybe your computer is old, maybe you always wanted to skydive, maybe if you had a tent you'd go camping... think along those lines.
I have no clue how much you have saved up, but I wouldn't spend it all one one thing. Honestly you may want to be it in bank and use it when you need it.
Or buy yourself a good car

When it just is in my bank account it loses 1-2 % value each year because of inflation :( but yeah I'm definitely going to save some of them up

If you don't have anything you need to upgrade, repair, or buy, invest it.
I get my financial info from /biz/, so would suggest a fund tied to the SP500, or buttcoins, but you can find better than that.
