If you own a car, sure. From what I know you just doze off and your body forgets to breath, pretty painless.

A pistol shot to head also does the trick and is also pain free if done properly.

If I were to choose, I'd go for the rope myself, as I don't have access to the two methods just mentioned. A rope is more poetic too, I guess.
