Hey OP I'm in the same boat here but I have been training all summer but still just a bit worried...From what I understand if you fail the first time they don't care to much because you just got their, and they will just with hold funds. However if you fail the second time you take it you lose the scholarship. I could be wrong but that's how I understand it as of now

I do too, I'm just afraid for the few first weeks, because I'll suck so much they'll kick me out, I don't know if that happens, Plus, I injured my arm so I haven't been able to do strength training for a month

Like I said I'm not sure but from what I understand the first time you fail you won't get kicked out...I think they will with hold the benefits of the scholarship though. The Second time I think you will.

Don't quit. Just start knocking 100 push up a day. Randomly 10 all day until you 100. Tha improves your upper body. Running takes time, but gives it 2 months for actual improvement.
