I'm feeling really fucking lonely and it feels like shit.
30 years old now, have been a complete and utter social retard pretty much all my life despite my best efforts to change. I only have 1 friend, though I never get to see him often since we live a distance away these days. We usually talk online, but lately I get the feeling he's bored with me and we've been talking less and less.

I don't know what the fuck I'll do if I lose his friendship. If that happens, I'll have nobody left apart from family. What can I do?

fuck internet friends. Go find a guy who parties a lot. Make him your friend. He will help you by going you to parties and events. There you will get drunk and start talking to people without a probloem. Then new friends etc you got the idea. Go !
