How do I increase my blood pressure for a day/temporary to pass a blood pressure test?

I have military health examination coming up (which will determine if I will be forced to do military service or not).
I have high blood pressure naturally which has gotten me through the examination 4 years in a row already but this year I cant take any chances because I landed a really high paying job.
