The only time I ever fall to sleep is when I reach that point about 5-7 hours after initially feeling kinda sleepy your body kinda forces you to shut down and you can barely open your eyes. By that time the sun's out..

Melatonin is great for this. Exercise can also help.
Jeez, kid, just do something phyiscal. Maybe get a real job that involves labor? Go for 4-hour hikes or something, if not.
