My dream is to live and work abroad in some nice city in Europe (I'm American), but I may have run into an obstacle. As it turns out, I have a near 0% chance of getting into my "dream school", which is extremely well-reputed, albeit selective, and instead can only make it into the state school, which is less celebrated but still quite good.
Will this affect my chances at a foreign job at all? Do they ever consider the difference between two American schools like that, or are they fine with anything as long as it's a non-shit school? I want to know if I should be worried or not. The schools are Georgia Tech and UGA, by the way.
No, only grades and hardworking

So foreign companies don't care about the school your degree is from?

Get into whatever college you can. Get really good grades. Apply to transfer to your dream school as a Junior.
