I'm currently living abroad and I make grammatical mistakes when I'm speaking. This kept me away from talking to girls. Do girls even care about this? Would speaking with mistakes make me less attractive?

Darker/lighter than guys in that country. Like if you are good-looking and stand out from the rest of the guys but make some grammatical mistakes it won't matter if you got the exotic looks. Of course there are girls who don't care about that if you are looking for love. But for hooking up, that works.
