My flat mate found a normal girl (with slight nerd enjoyment like Harry Potter and marvel) and converted her to liking anime. She's now seen evangelion, cowboy bebop, fmab and other anime. She openly plays persona and dark souls ( she never even played games before). It's probably one of the best ways to get a nerdy gf, make one.

Similar story with me, although I did not push my manga liking friend into video games, she just started playing them with me.

From my experience, though, you can find these types of girls in library classes. She had some similar friends in there. Other places to meet them are bookstores, nerd/weeb meetups (conventions, j-rock gigs, classic gaming groups...) You need to pay attention to such events on social medias.

Don't expect a specific look, they come in different shapes, packages, behaviours. Although I guess you already figured your preferences.
