I had a crush on a girl in my grade that was moving back to her home country, so I decided I'd do something about it before she left. Avoiding cringe - I tried to kiss her in a not-so-smooth way (asking), which didn't fare well, obviously. I figured it didn't matter since she was leaving anyway. Well life has its ways; she's moving BACK at the start of the second semester. So I'm thinking - what if I ask her out? Would she already be creeped or would I have a chance to forge a relationship right the second time? I waited too long last year, but I'll have more time this go-around. Thoughts? I expect 4chan to be brutal, as per usual.

Did she act like you were violating her space? If so, you are fucked. If you just caught her by surprise or the timing was bad then you may have a chance but I kind of feel like with this wording that you are beyond fucked.
