How do I stop eating out of depression? I'm a massive fat fuck. It almost feels impossible to resist eating pure garbage all day every day. I know logically it doesn't make sense to pick a 2 minute endorphin rush over a better lifestyle but my willpower is garbage. How do I stop eating myself into an early grave?
Start Exercising, and don't buy junk food.
Make small steps, just work on doing a little better every day and you'll see a difference.

I have no fucking clue, if i did i wouldn't be on 4chan. This isn't the place to ask about self control. Most fat people fail to keep the weight off. Just don't beat yourself up. Maybe cut out soda and stick to eating junk.

you learned to eat when ur anxious or sad, because stuffing ur face feels good, and a bad habit is distracting. aside from the fact it tastes good. you have to replace this habit with something else or find a new mechanism. i can do this because i have a fast metabolism lel.

For a start stop using 4chan. This just fuels your depression at feeling worthless because you are not an athletic stud.
This is a toxic place where only studs and hot girls seem to matter. Also it's a place that just gives you twisted perspectives on many things, believe me.
Buddy up with someone who understands your comfort eating, support each other and encourage each other. I've learnt that degrading someone thinking it motivates them to change doesn't work.
You need to also figure out why you are depressed and tackle that. Learn new ways of coping other than turning to food.
