What does one do when you don't have a single soul to go to in a desperate time of need?
Aside from suicide.

Soldier on to prove that you can make it. Or seek professional help if it feels like too much. Therapy isn't just for nutjobs, it can help in other crisis situations too.

>Aside from suicide.
I'm out of ideas, then.

Take it from someone who spent 8 months in solitary confinement, you just gotta power through it anon. This is what separates the boys from the men. Soon, you will enjoy the isolation.

Take some me time and prioritise the problem(s).
Look for simple solutions to them.
If their is no solutions I no longer see it as my problem and forget about it.

so what did you do?
work out, meditate?
and how did you regain your communication skills after you got out? and how long did it take?

>Soon, you will enjoy the isolation
Not op, but this is it's own problem.

I worked out, read, wrote a few short stories and a novel (none of which are good but still lol) and meditated.
Don't get me wrong, I went through some real tough times and did try to commit suicide once and took part in some foolery in solitary like flooding my cell and such. But its those tough times that separate the boys from the men.
I had poor communication skills before hand, I spoke like a wigger, but once I got out I stopped acting like someone I wasn't. Within a month after I got out of prison I had date.
Without being forced into a situation where I was literally alone I wouldnt be the man I am today I would probably still be some 2bit half spic half nigger selling drugs for a living.
I listen to music that makes me want to soldier on.
