You have fucked up dopamine receptors. It's not uncommon nowadays in 1st world countries.

>spend less time on your phone and on 4chan
>stop doing so much drugs, only on weekends
>start working out on a schedule
>find easily accessable hobbies like vidya or a tv show and start on those
>stop watching porn, fap to your imagination

If you do all that, you'll start seeing results.
