/adv/ I asked a girl out, she said no, I'm cool with that but she's now awkward to the point of having her friends, like, run interference on me. I didn't realize it was that big a deal that she'd be so uncomfortable, it makes me feel awful, much worse than the no, which was whatever.
My question is, should I go out of my way to avoid her, which would be inconvenient but possible, or just go about my business as normal and wait for it to blow over? I just want to pretend the whole thing never happened and she's making it impossible.

Correct.
This is a her problem, not a you problem.

go about your business
its not your fault shes acting childish
when everyone else sees your indifference, they too will realize that shes acting childish
It's her problem, not yours. Pull back a bit, if she chases you all good, you go what you wanted, but if she tries to put you back into a box (people don't like people who change), then drop her and move on.
