It's fine I guess. I wouldn't die if they all disappeared or started hating me though.
But I'm a loner, I get exhausted by my friends wanting to do shit all the time.
I'm going to build myself a solitaire house in the woods and a wall around it one day,
just to get some unlimited me-time.

it's not that good. i get sick and tired of them coming around a lot. being able to go out in a big group and do fun stuff on the weekends is nice though sometimes

That doesn't sound so bad. I only ever do fun stuff by myself. Then I see all the happy groups of people out doing fun stuff and it depresses me. Eventually I'll stop doing fun stuff, I suppose.

If they're good friends, it's like having more family. Sometimes you have lots of fun together, at other times it takes all your patience not to strangle them. Sometimes you experience exciting shit together, but you're bored together or trying too hard to enjoy your time more often.

But they also can give you a sense of belonging, confidence that your peers find you worthwhile to hang out with and get to know, and a sense of connection with other people and lives you will never personally lead.
