4chan help me. I got fired for falsifying a time card. I had a great job, good background, I just fucked up because i hated the job. How fucked am I?
Do you have a union? If not, you're just plain fucked.
Enjoy your newfound liberalism.
Thief.
No, no union. It's my fault, I know that. It was me being an idiot and I'm lucky they aren't coming after me for it. What are my job prospects? I have no clue what to do now.

Not really justifiable, but I clocked in from home to show in at a very important online meeting when I woke up late- they take being late as a huge, huge deal and I tried to avoid an incident. Somebody saw me coming in, so... Yeah. Fuck. I don't know what to do. Never did this before, I just was an idiot.

Good paying, a good job,
, but I hated it. Training was horrible, nobody got along with anyone at all. We were all unprepared for the job and, again, not an excuse, but it made me resent things
so how do I explain this in future interviews?

You don't.
Say it was disagreements. Or say you were just moving on.
Or omit it. Be done with it...
Or kill yourself.
I got fired for being late too many times. I got lesser jobs because of it.

Omit? Uh, seems like this is something even big companies (like this one) will tell prospective employers during reference calls

>I am paying the consequences of my own actions
Yea. That's often how that works op. Welcome to life.
