I can realate. I have fear of standing out in public. I get uncomfortable and self concious even if I just wear bright red shirt or any clothes that stand out at all. Deep down I feel like I look weird.
When walking down the street and people are going past I don't know where to look and try to make a normal face expression. Idk wtf is wrong with me lately. How the fuck I get rid of these weird thoughts?

This isn't as bad as you think it is. It means you are self conscious and self aware, which is a strength. Unfortunately you might have too much of it. A solution is to realize 75% of people you see while out and about won't even look at you (unless you're some really stunning male or female model),and 90+% of those who do will forget they saw you within 10 seconds of walking away. Even if you're fucking ugly, as long as you're not wearing a furry tail and making weird autistic noises while walking around in translucent female underwear that has a clear skidmark down the middle of the back.

Just stay well groomed, well dressed, and act decent and believe me, nobody will think you're weird.
