I can't wash the cat at the moment due to no animal shampoo.

Please respond. I just want to get over this so I can sleep. I'm just gonna put the sheets and blanket aside so I can sleep tonight, but I just want to not let shit like this run my life.

It's disguisting and unhygenic...the cat was outside, who knows what it might have stepped in? So your reaction is completely logical, I would react the same way. Maybe ask them if they have some extra blankets? In worst case scenario you could just turn them around/inside out.
