Suicides always an option right?
How do you guys deal with just feeling nothing? I mean like, not feeling negatively or just bad all the time, but a genuine absence of feelings.
How do you deal lads?
Feeling like an empty shell is the worst. Try some shrooms if you can. Also, just start doing stuff op. Take steps in your life towards something. Work out, start a project on something you know nothing about, just find something that you can measure progress on.
Write a list of all the things that you don't like in your life, then write a list of all the ways you can change each one.
But most of all, break your routine.
Have you tried not being a psychopath?

This, so much.
When I was depressed I felt nothing for 2 years. I couldn't even manage to cry when my brother killed himself.
What helped me was getting therapy, and doing things - working out, dieting, working on school stuff, learning a new language, starting to learn new things, improving my skills in artistic shit.

OP, I've been there. It's tough when folks give a laundry list of things to do to change your ways when the energy and motivation is simply not there.
You have to start small. Acknowledge this part of you that senses something is wrong (or you wouldn't be posting) and find some crack in the doors.
Something, ANYTHING, to care about just a little. It maybe just one small task daily at first, just for some banal reason that is beneficial.
- Today I'd straighten the house
- Today I'll make of list of what I have to be grateful
- Today I'll pay the bills
Stupid shit to get things rolling a bit. It may seem silly, but over time you can build on it.
Also, can I suggest:

I found it quite helpful.

I never do that. I mostly feel very sad. May be because I have a mood disorder, and yes, suicide is always an option. Don't let anyone else take away that option

It's always an option, but it's the dumbest one by far
