How do i get someone to become nervous and admit to lying without

cant. The only way to make someone admit their lies is to basically call them out. Ask question after question related to the lie, find inconsistencies and throw them in their faces. They'll get really nervous and admit sooner or later.

I guess you can try to trick someone into exposing themselves if you ask a subtle question that denies the lie, but that won't work most of the time, at least if they're not incredibly careless.
