Aren't there homeless showers in your area? Also, if you have a job, can't you afford $15 a month for a gym membership at like, planet fitness or Blink? They have showers and you can use their locker rooms to store your shit and get clean before work... plus working out and getting into shape will definitely make you less depressed!

I was in a similar situation you were in. IDK how much you make or what is around you.. Idk if my advice will help you or not, but What I did was rent a P.O. box for mail and then bought a used Van. I would go to truck stops or gyms to shower 2 or 3 times a week. Use a laundry place for laundry. I ended up investing in camping stuff that can be used with your van. When I had to sleep I would go to the far part of a parking lot and cover the windows.

He did it better than me, but pretty much the same.

I climbed a fence at a self storage place and used their garden hose to shower, and I had a car not a van. Camping stuff though was cool, but found it to be more of a hassle for me, maybe a van would suit it better. But, parking lots for sleeping are the best. I usually did walmarts.
