By relying on another person to provide your happiness, you are giving up your own agency to control your happiness. It's not at all healthy, and you should do whatever you can to reestablish your control over your happiness.

first, stop being an edgelord. we've all had break ups. we've all had girls who got away.

the problem here is that you are basing your entire lifes happiness on whether or not you get a girl. WRONG. bad stupid idea. there is so much more to life than just dating, which can be a very bland and boring thing if you arent already having fun with life.

you will get over this, we all do. start building a life you naturally enjoy.

Try 100 item to live challenge, live with only 100 item, throw/donate all other stuff. Don't stock item in your living area.

Go out, meet people, filter out who is good for your life and who is not.

dunno senpai, but me neither. iv been depressed for years and everything i try gets me slapped down again, with a little bit less hope or will to try again. i used to be so positive and motivated it was crazy and its just impossible for me to be like that anymore, iv tried to go back, but its like im a whole new person now and i didn't choose this, it just happened to me.

over time im growning used to this damp still place where i sit against the crooked walls and let the vines and moss grow over me until i'm enveloped and wrapped in this slumber, still and unfeeling.
