if your face is really fucked, get a nose job. it will probably do more for your appearance than anything else. the narrow eyes and full lips won't make nearly as much of a difference if your nose and chin are strong. start saving money. in the US it'll probably cost you $5-10k. while you're saving, you'll have time to do some indepth research into what kind of changes you'd like made and which surgeon you want.
