If it's bright red it's nothing, probably just your sphincter got a cut on it or you wiped too hard or something.

if its bright red I wouldn't be too concerned, keep an eye on it and if it keeps happening then go see a doctor

if you ever have stool the color of coffee grounds that's an indication of an intestinal bleed and very serious, you should go to a hospital right away if that ever happens

Go get it checked, blood in stool can be a sign of cancer, depending on your age and how often it happens, most likely it's hemorrhoids but you never know
