Ijust fapped after no porn for +21 days. I realized that

1) I used it to exercise fantasies that I couldn't do in real life (currently)
2) it doesn't interfere with my daily functioning
3) It doesn't interfere with my sex life

The only way to stop is self discipline. Mark it on a calendar in your room (or wherever you fap) as a reminder.

I've realized that, if you decide to stop, you need to quit cold turkey.

There is no way to slowly taper down porn usage. As soon as you start browsing for any kind of sexually arousing images, even if it's just pictures on facebook, you're going to fail and you're going to relapse.

I ditched my smartphone and got an old nokia flip phone, and have no home internet, so my only connection is here at work, where I will absolutely not be browsing porn. Bam, it's literally impossible for me to access.
