So a few days ago I held back from crying like 3 times and now I have shortness of breath. Does anyone know how to get rid of this? Can't really force myself to cry now, so I have to wait until I do feel like it. Is there a faster alternative though?

Everytime I breathe, it feels like I can't reach the end (don't know how else to explain it), and I sort of shake when I exhale.
