I went through that when I first started having sex. I could get rock solid then as I went to penetrate I would lose it. It wasn't until about the third time I could keep hard, even then I couldn't cum until like my fifth time having sex.

It didn't help that I had the deathgrip. If you do then avoid masterbating for a month or so and then starting again with a loose grip. It will suck for a while but don't give into the temptation.

I can think of some things that might help, like laying off masturbating for good (or like twice a month), smoking weed before going to bed (it leaves you much more sensitive), fucking without a condom (but this is one is tricky because you have to know very well your partner in order to really trust that she doesn´t have diseases and that she is on the pill), and quitting cigarettes

I'm in a similar boat as you OP (from this thread, seems like quite a lot of guys are). It's like it doesn't matter if I'm 99% turned on, as soon as 1% of doubt creeps into my mind about my erection I feel the pressure and start going soft.

Porn/masturbation is definitely the main cause - when I had sex with my gf after I didn't watch porn or fap for two weeks, I had no problems getting rock hard and staying hard throughout sex (plus it felt so much better).

So best advice would be to stop fapping for a while.
