Weird, the same thing is happening to me right now as well.
Anyway this is what I do to heal it.
I use a pumice scrub that I bought, hold my hands under running water and scrub in circular motions.
Then I dry of my hands slightly, and do the same once more.

After that I use a really fat moisturizer and massage it into my palms and fingertips.

It has cleared up in two days now.

Might be a psoriasis. It's either genetics or stress. It happened to me because of the latter, but under armpits and scalp. Better consult your dermatologist for a cure/special care. Good luck anon, it's a bitch
