First of all, it might be a good idea to master basic literacy fast. A college application that looked like your post wouldn't get far.

Read the college's brochure or website, which will tell you how to apply for financial aid. You usually do it at the same time as you apply for admission. If you get accepted but still need more financial aid, there will be an office on campus you can go to. Their job is to get you money and keep you in school, and they'll do what they can for you.
