Even seasoned mushroom foragers do not eat or pick brown mushrooms (LBM, little brown mushrooms) because they all look the same and are incredibly hard to identify. It's unlikely you'll find many mushrooms outside of this description when you forage, so it's best not to bother.

If you do, though, avoid little brown mushrooms.
