Here's what you do: Find any other stashes in the house and just drink it if you don't have the willpower to poor it down the drain. Once you have it all out of the house try being sober. Go to meetings at least at first. I know it sounds stupid, but it did help me a bit at first. My wake-up call was getting a DUI. After that I decided I needed to get sober even though most of my friends and family were saying I didn't need to since I wasn't really an alcoholic. I still saw some alcoholic tendencies in my past so I thought I would give it a go. Been sober almost a year now. I don't go to meetings anymore. I got my license back, paid all of my fines, did my work program, and all my DUI classes. So life is back to normal for me other than having a criminal record.
